  Directly responsible for designing and captivating a professional look to all marketing material while ensuring consistency with the style cultivated by the Aethercomm Marketing Team. Takes ownership of proposal efforts, from customer request to final submittal, while collaborating with Engineering and Sales Teams to assess company capabilities (material/labor costs, schedule, etc.).

  • Designs all visual and graphic media including: advertisements in magazines, marketing brochures, letterheads, cover pages, internal/external Power Point presentations, product  catalogs, and photographs

  • Creates multimedia content (both video and interactive) for industry market tradeshows and special events

  • Develops “Welcome Videos” for all Customer visits, as well as internal videos with company updates on a monthly basis

Collaborated with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to generate job travelers from project drawings and bill of materials, ensuring all required operations are incorporated. Assisted in the establishment and control process of the Epicor system for all production operations. Prepared material status and component due-dates to assist Program Management with production scheduling. Expedited material and directed priorities to personnel, including Quality, Stockroom, and Machine Shop teams.

  • Established a vendor-managed inventory program to maintain a “min/max” level of material for the production hardware cabinet
